friendly staff clean room comfy bed cold room uncomfortable pillows strong fragrance
my three-night stay had some good points. the staff at reception were friendly. they even heated up my meals when most restaurants closed. the room was clean and the bed was comfy. the internet connection worked fine.
The room was very cold. i couldn't turn it off, made things uncomfortable. plus, the hotel had overpowering synthetic fragrance. It may bothers some guests.

A Haven of Serenity and Really good Service
dedicated staff spacious room delicious choice
The dedicated staff welcomed me warmly. They attended to every need with a genuine smile and proactive attitude. My room was spacious and immaculate. I appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast was superb. It had diverse, delicious choices, and I particularly loved the local specialties.
I found the pillows too bulky, difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position.

superb breakfast and a great location!
varied options good location
I really liked the breakfast. It had many options. the hotel's location is good. It is close to the bus and commuter rail. i appreciated the proximity to transportation. It made getting around very easy.
the heater made a loud noise. it also smelled burnt, so i had to sleep with the window open. the air felt unhealthy so this wasn't ideal.

The hotel is near bus and commuter rail lines. this makes travel very accessible. two grocery stores are just within a block. central areas are walkable too. I found this very convenient.

the location was fine and breakfast met expectations
i had issues the room was very cold a huge air conditioner blew directly onto the bed the air conditioner could not be turned off the pillows and mattresses were not comfortable it was difficult to get a good night's sleep

great location unique atmosphere friendly staff clean room
The location offered easy access to public transport. I often walked to the center, restaurants, and grocery stores. the hotel was clean and calm with a unique atmosphere. the staff was friendly and cute, always ready to assist with a smile. my room was sufficiently wide with good temperature, a window, and a clean bathroom with a good shower.
the pillows felt bulky, difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. it was the worst pillow i have ever experienced.

The hotel provides a spacious reception and lounge area. It is cute. a supermarket is located right next door, it opens early and closes late. Another supermarket is also nearby across the street.

Really good Stay Near Public Transport
clean room really good breakfast safe district short bus ride
The breakfast buffet was really good. It got improved and expanded in recent years. I found the self-made tuna salad and beet root salad deserved commendation. The bus station is only 200 meters away. The bus ride to the center takes only 15 minutes.
I noticed the toilet seat in my room should be renewed. This small detail slightly detracted from an otherwise great experience.
